We were leaking gas and stuck. People were screaming, yelling and honking at us because we were in their lane. The weather that day was so cold and we had our baby with us with no heat. Your driver came shortly after calling your company! He was friendly, efficient and offered his vehicle for my baby and me to sit in, while he loaded the vehicle. He made our stressful situation easier to deal with.
