Thank you! The customer service was on top of everything – calling me to update me when the driver would arrive. When he came, he did a very thorough assessment of car and explained that my car most likely required a new timing belt and I would need to see a mechanic. He gave me advice on who to use for the repairs and I eventually decided on the mechanic shop he recommended. In the end, it all worked out and didn’t cost an arm and leg!
